Can we use the training platform for California state license preparation?
Yes. Some of our courses are designed to help guards meet state licensing requirements. For example, we offer elective course bundles for the 32-hour BSIS Continuing Education Requirement for California security guards.
Do guards get certificates?
Yes. Every course includes a certificate of completion upon completion of all requirements. Supervisors can view and download certificates directly from the admin dashboard for recordkeeping or audit purposes.
What kind of admin tools are included?
Admin users can assign training, monitor progress, view quiz results, download certificates, and see who has or hasn’t completed required courses. These tools are designed to help supervisors manage training without relying on external systems.
Is there a minimum number of users to get started?
No minimum users required. The platform supports both small teams and large organizations. You can onboard one guard at a time or import a full roster.
Do we need any special software?
