American Security Force Celebrates First Officer II Cohort Graduation

We are proud to announce the successful completion of our first internal training cohort, marking a major milestone in the company’s commitment to professional development and industry excellence.
The program represents the completion of Stage I of ASF’s structured training pathway, with participants advancing to the Officer II level.

Designed as a comprehensive, tiered program, the initiative combines in-person instruction with online learning to prepare security professionals not only for day-to-day responsibilities, but also for long-term career growth. The curriculum includes advanced topics in law and crime, as well as leadership, supervision, wellness, ethics, performance management, labor laws, and workers’ compensation.

The initial cohort was designed to select those individuals who had potential as leaders and train them as such,” says Robert Kalowes, Training Director at American Security Force. “I’m so happy we are going in the right direction from the standpoint of live and advanced training. As Training Director, I believe that our employees are the foundation of our organization, and it is my job to present training opportunities to enhance their value and act as a resource for advancement.”

The program also reflects ASF’s broader vision of establishing a clear and meaningful career path within the security field, progressing from Officer I to Officer II, Senior Officer, Captain, Post Commander, and Chief Commander. By investing in structured training and development, we aim to elevate standards across the industry while creating real advancement opportunities for its team members.

Graduates of the program demonstrated strong commitment, discipline, and growth throughout the training, emerging better equipped to handle real-world challenges with confidence and professionalism.
